UFRSD Is Hosting a Social Media Night

We are excited to announce that UFRSD will be hosting a Social Media Night at Stone Bridge Middle School on Tuesday, April 28th at 7 p.m.    Please open the formal invitation below: (raffle prizes include tickets to AHS graduation and front row tickets to SBMS graduation.)

Our guest speaker for the evening is Chad Williams; Chad is the founder and director of Safe Teens America and Neural Activity.   As a former member of law enforcement for 13 years, he now works to develop and deliver dynamic community programs that help promote awareness among students, parents and community members.

The focus of Chad’s presentation will be on internet safety and the dangers of  smart phone/internet usage and how we can safeguard our students from those dangers.  If you are interested in learning more about Chad Williams, please visit his website at www.safeteensameric.org .

We are thrilled that he will be joining us on the 28th, and we hope that you will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to hear him speak.

Please open the invitation for more details.  As always, if you have any questions, you may contact the offices of SBMS, AHS and Newell Elementary School.

PARCC: End of Year Testing Schedule

We want to take a moment to congratulate all of our students and staff for completing the first round of PARCC testing.  We are so pleased and thankful for the effort put forth by each student.  They worked diligently each day, and they approached the process with a positive outlook.

As we have already shared with the students, they will be asked to complete the End of Year portion of the test when we return from spring break.  Please open the attachment for testing dates.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
