Our final round of Parent/Teacher Conferences for this school year is quickly approaching! As always, we value the process and look forward to engaging in meaningful conversations with you.
We will continue to utilize our electronic process for scheduling conferences. You can click on the following link, http://ptcfast.com/schools/_76 , or you may access it by visiting our SBMS website; once there, you may begin the scheduling process. Please note that you must have a working email address to use the system.
We will launch the conferences and activate the portal on February 9th at 8:30 a.m.; please be aware that you will not be able to sign up for conferences prior to this date or time.
As a result of the time available for conferences, teacher schedules will fill up quickly. If the teacher who you would like to meet with has no available time to meet during conferences, please email him/her directly to find another time to schedule a conference.
Our conference days and times are as follows:
• Monday, February 23rd – 1:10 – 3:10 p.m.
• Tuesday, February 24th – 1:10 – 3:10 p.m.
